Your mission

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales teams to maximize sales performance
  • Organize and lead trainings in Head Quarter and internationally on OMEGA’s products, services and sales skills
  • Perform trainings using different methods such as face to face or virtual presentations, seminars, coaching, and interactive activities, to engage the sales staff and ensuring alignments with Head Quarter strategies
  • Demonstrate continuously ownership and accountability for assigned projects
  • Create and develop printed and digital learning tools and materials, ensuring content accuracy, and effective delivery within deadlines and budget
  • Update or revamp existing training tools and presentations
  • Prepare sales training and role-playing activities to simulate real sales situations
  • Coordinate and support local training teams, ensuring ongoing monitoring of their training plans and activities
  • Identify local training needs, gather and consolidate feedbacks on the performed programs and provide recommendation to drive improvements
  • Contribute to organize and run of Train the Trainer conferences for Local Trainers

Your Profile

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Passionate for people development, with collaborative and flexible approach to learning and people development
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate sales staff of varying seniority
  • Ability to create clear, concise, well-organized and grammatically correct written documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and quickly create relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Hands-on experience in creating Power Point presentations and various learning tools (e.g. training books, new product catalogues, etc.)
  • Digital proficiency with capability to structure lessons and to create contents for e-learning platforms
  • Ability to effectively lead virtual trainings using platforms such as Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Strong team player accustomed to collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations
  • Reliable with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willing and flexible to travel frequently
