Regional Marketing Specialist

your missions

• Collaborate with the Europe team and the Markets to write the Product Strategy across the region
• Conduct in-depth analysis on product performances and specific analysis on KPI cross markets
• Closely assess Product life cycle evolution and make recommendations
• Define and follow Budget product line achievements
• Identify and leverage local specificities on product needs with the markets
• Implement a Product tool optimization strategy between markets
• Ensure appropriate product assets/content and omnichannel relevance
• Collaborate with Product Markets’ experts to support product awareness and desirability
• Provide to markets and HQ teams regular quantitative and qualitative product feedbacks
• Liaise with L&D for Product Training implementation in markets
• Animate the European Product Manager community
• Coordinate the strategic launches across the region
• Ephemeral projects support (Cartier Nomad, Pop Up-in) :
• Support on transversal projects across Europe
• Manage recurrent projects : W&W, post World Meeting, MKT Seminars...

your PROFILe

• Ar. 5-8 years’ work experience preferably with international exposure
• Product expert on Jewellery and/or Watch
• Strong understanding of Market needs and client oriented
• Proven ability to federate and coordinate projects
• Curious mind and highly collaborative
• High knowledge of the luxury industry and current trends
