your missions

  • Provide day-to-day support to Markets and Boutiques on Retail Operations by answering questions, troubleshooting and finding solutions.
  • Develop reports with the IT Team to identify systems disruptions and plan actions accordingly.
  • Create Operations checklists for HQ and Markets based on the Hublot Boutique Standard Operating Procedures, digitalize these checklists and create follow-up reports with the IT Team.
  • Support the roll-out of all Retail IT solutions, such as Cegid, e-Warranty, RetailSpace etc., including User Manuals and trainings for both Retail and Wholesale networks.
  • Support the development of the Hublot “Insider” digital training app’s Boutique modules.
  • Monitor Boutique orders and replenishments so as to fulfill business needs, together with the Sales Administration Team.
  • Follow-up on Boutique Openings and Closings: consolidation of Market Reports, ensuring all operational aspects are covered for both Directly Operated and Franchise Boutiques.
  • Follow-up on Directly Operated Boutique staff onboardings and outboardings, as well as digitalize the processes, together with HR & IT departments.

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s in business administration, Management or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Retail, including working in a Boutique and on Retail IT systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a true team player.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to consolidate large amounts of information.
  • Tech-savvy, with a love for technology and IT – having worked with Cegid, Salesforce, ProConcept, PowerBI a plus.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting short deadlines and remaining focused on details.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Understanding and respect of confidential information and figures.
  • Willing and able to travel 10% of the time visiting Markets and Boutiques.
