- Work with the Human Ressources, Marketing and Communication teams to create engaging marketing content across a variety of internal and external channels (LinkedIn, intranet page, etc.);
- Write, edit and publish engaging content, such as employee stories and HR articles;
- Work closely with the social media team on planned and ad-hoc posts;
- Manage external agencies;
- Be able to handle fast deadlines and create content at a speedy pace to a high standard;
- Use your previous experience to take ownership of projects.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Communication (Internal or External), Public Relations, Journalism or Human Ressources;
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes, to prioritize and manage your own workload;
- Attention to detail;
- Creative, resourceful and an open mindset towards continuous learning;
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills;
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral English language skills, another language is a plus.
