Compliance Manager (M/W/X)

your missions

• Contribute to the preparation and the update of policies and procedures relating to the control environment, and make sure of their implementation in the relevant functions and departments.
• Become the point of contact for all procedures questions of all Cartier entities on a day-to-day basis.
• Contribute to the annual worldwide round of procedures testing to identify internal control deficiencies and to suggest an action plan.
• Participate to ad-hoc policy and compliance audits.
• Active follow-up of compliance action plan to ensure that agreed management actions are implemented.
• Develop relationship with Richemont Compliance and Richemont Internal Audit.
• Participate to the preparation of compliance topics presentations to Cartier CFO

your PROFILe

• You hold a Master’s Degree (Business School or Engineering) with a solid experience of minimum 7-8 years of risk management, internal or external audit and/or FP&A experience.
• You speak fluently French and English
• You possess a high level of personal and professional integrity
• You have strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• You are able to work collaboratively across departments
• You are results and problem solving oriented
• You have excellent knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
