Digital Asset Manager

Your mission

• Lead development of the Asset Management system, policies, and workflow
• Spearhead the design and implementation of metadata management strategies
• Liaise with content producers to manage and organize all Media assets
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to make sure Asset Management policies and strategies are unified
• Develop and maintain an approval pipeline in our Asset Management system as well as a usage rights tracking
• Maintain knowledge of digital archiving, maintenance strategies, and processes
• Research and promote adoption of new asset management technologies and techniques
• Report all topics related to Asset Management projects, planning, and policy effectively to upper management

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital media manager working with all types of files including video production workflow, video project organization, and archiving
• Prior experience working with a variety of DAM systems, preferably Contentserv
• Advanced knowledge of file formats and specs (broadcast, digital, audio, video)
• Excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and French
