V.I.E - Human Resources Project Coordinator

your missions

• Support and participate to Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives across Europe;
• Act as conductor on several cross-market projects in close collaboration local HR and regional HR team;
• Create internal Talent Pools for entry level positions and animate European VIE Community;
• Act as Talent Sourcer for key positions within European Markets (conduct external searchs, assess candidates, create shortlists and ensure a proper follow-up);
• Create and share internal communication assets to highlight key messages and projects across Europe;
• In close collaboration with HQ, animate the external HR communication planning for Europe.

your PROFILe

• You are graduated from a Master's Degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
• You already have a first professional experiences in HR (Talent Acquisition, Management, L&D…);
• You demonstrate excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• You have a deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• You have the ability to work and coordinate with strong organization skills, with the ability to work pro-actively and autonomously;
• You are highly collaborative and team-spirited and love to work in an international environment;
• You demonstrate a high level of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality.
