Portfolio Manager

your missions

• You will anticipate capital expenditure and ongoing operations (CAPEX & OPEX), and will be responsible for the department’s budget envelope;
• You will be responsible for maintaining the status of the portfolio within our application solution and will provide an overview of the progress of cost consumption and the impact on cost projections;
• Providing the momentum needed to drive projects forward and contributing to stakeholder buy-in;
• The infrastructure and security project managers (internal and external) will be under your responsibility. You will monitor resource management and any additional resource will be found and selected by you;
• You will be responsible for highlighting dependencies, risks, inconsistencies between projects in the portfolio and will be ensure the distribution of project management activities, the workloads will be validated by you;
• You will ensure the availability of internal resources, those of suppliers and budgetary elements to meet our commitments and will be working closely to the PMO and CIO office Teams, adhering to their processes and standards;
• Project release conditions will be systematically monitored to ensure that production releases are properly exploited, adopted by users and you will provide the status of the program in terms of budget deadline and scope.

your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field;
• More than 8 years' experience in information technology, including at least 2 years in a management role;
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, Agile, PMP, Prince2, HERMES or equivalent are highly desirable;
• In-depth knowledge of project management areas, expertise in roadmap definition and budget monitoring;
• Mastery of the management frameworks of an international company and a good knowledge of market regulations;
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English a must, French a plus.
