Global retail people strategy

• Contribute to the store team organization guidelines
• Partner with HR to develop Retail talent acquisition initiatives
• Contribute to the New Selling Ceremony
• Support on the new uniform collection project
• Participate to the launch of the mystery shopping programme

Client Experience performance analysis

• Leverage the analytics to prepare market calls and organize the follow up
• Analyze KPIs to monitor store performances 
• Analyze trends and spot business opportunities

Your PROFILe

• You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field
• You have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in Retail, a previous in-store experience is highly recommended
• You possess a strong business acumen and forward-thinking vision
• You have excellent project management competences and organizational skills
• You are an enthusiastic team player, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationship with different stakeholders
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken, another language is a plus
• You are proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
