International Client Services Performance Senior Analyst

Your missions

• Step into a position embedded in our dynamic International Client Marketing team, which is composed of 4 core pillars: Client Services, Client Relations, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.
• Within the International Client Services team, as International Client Services Performance Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Maison’s Client Services strategies. Your focus will be on monitoring and analysing Client Services activities, and making strategic recommendations to enhance Client Services operational efficiency and design specific action plans. 
• We strive for excellence in everything we do. This role will be key to optimize our global Client Services operations and strategies. The position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of central, regional, and local Client Services strategies in the luxury industry. 
• You will collaborate closely with teams across Client Marketing, Operations, Manufactures, Finance, Product Marketing and Richemont, and report directly to the International Client Services and Performance Manager. 

your profile

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics or from a top-tier Business School. 
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in Finance, Audit, or Management Control in a global context is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transversal projects
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory 
• Highly rigorous and organized with a keen attention to detail
• Strong client orientation with an innate sense of luxury and service excellence
• Business and results-oriented with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with excellent listening abilities
• Comfortable working autonomously while being a collaborative team player
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
