your missions

Client insights, analysis and reporting

  • Analysis of sell-out, warranty activation and client profile data in order to understand client purchasing behavior and the brand’s revenue drivers
  • Identify business needs and communicate underlying capabilities which need to be constructed
  • Consolidation and delivery of analysis results (reports, presentations etc.) including business impacts, conveying complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Creation and implementation of automated reports for HQ and Market teams
  • Ad-hoc analysis on specific questions from Markets and the business (demographics, lead management, loyalty, etc.) including recommendations for action plans in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing teams using data visualization tools to support decision-making processes within the organization
  • Support and advise Client & Omnichannel department on creation and implementation of reports on clienteling, client experience and client journey initiatives to measure impact and ROI

Management of Client Data Projects

  • Contribute to the development of the Client data strategy and roadmap
  • Internal owner of prospect and client data: management of data quality, consistency, optimization of data flow across internal systems and improvement of data by monitoring of monthly KPIs. Implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
  • Monitor compliance with the HQ DPO, IT, Data and Legal department (GDPR, PIPL etc.)
  • Implement Client Data Governance policies, standards and procedures as defined by the Head of Data (IT)
  • Internal business owner of client segmentation, including its evolution
  • Implement roadmap in coordination with IT teams, Division and Group.
  • Support and coordinate client data IT transformation projects with the Division and LVMH Group
  • Propose AI project to boost sales and client loyalty business challenges.
  • Participation in Hublot Data governance committee
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and stewardship and share with internal stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Client Data Analyst or exploitation specialist
  • Essential analytical competencies including datamining statistics
  • Expertise of Excel, CRM systems, data visualization tools (Power BI), data analytics languages and platforms (SQL, Dataiku)
  • Ability to manage technical cross-functional projects
  • Must embrace challenges, be comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact smoothly with different departments and levels of hierarchy
  • Motivation and true willingness to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in luxury retail sector a plus
  • Team player, energetic and results oriented
  • Fluent in English and French (any additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to travel, 5-10% of the time, including internationally
