Your mission

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Store Design, Store Development and Visual Merchandising teams, and other teams inside and outside the marketing department
  • Own the POS calendar, ensuring its creation, updates, and overall management
  • Create, update, and manage various administrative and operational documents for both internal and external use, acting as the Retail Environment Team central HUB
  • Facilitate the transmission of various documents and information to subsidiaries, service providers (including design agencies and suppliers), and the procurement team
  • Assist with monitoring projects on platforms such as Retail Net, RMIS, and RIS
  • Conduct project analysis, collect costumer behavior analysis and sales data
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department head

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or significant hands-on experience in relevant roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional skills in project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • Project Management certification is desirable
  • Interpersonal Skills : ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Teamwork : demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Adaptability : flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands

  • Strong Coordination Skills : ability to effectively liaise and communicate between multiple teams and external partners
  • Organizational Skills : proficient in managing calendars, documents, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to Detail : ensuring all documents, project analyses, and statistical reports are accurate and up to date
  • Analytical Skills : capability to analyze project data and compile relevant statistics for reporting
  • Administrative Proficiency : skilled in providing comprehensive administrative support, including document management and project monitoring
