your missions

Business Analysis 

• Follow the E-Commerce performance evolution through various angles and provide insights on latest trends
• For one key product category, conduct in-depth analysis and monitor all E-Commerce KPIs
• Work in close collaboration with the markets and other International teams to share key insights on business evolution
• Comment the overall performance of the E-Commerce channel and take part in the preparation of global performance reviews
• Proactively find new growth opportunities in line with the Maison and E-Commerce strategy and coordinate implementation with appropriate stakeholders
• Benchmark Cartier E-Commerce with other key players within the Group and the industry
• Understand client data and user journeys on the website 

Data visualization and dashboarding

• Support markets and develop user adoption
• Innovate and propose new data visualizations to facilitate understanding and adoption of new concepts
• Enhance reports and propose new ideas to optimize existing ones

your PROFILe

• You have a Master’s degree in Business / Engineering or related fields
• You have a first experience in business analysis in commercial, finance, marketing, or supply chain
• You master data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau…
• You have an analytical mindset and are detail-oriented
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team-spirit
• You have a digital appetence and are at ease with complex and fast-moving ecosystem
• You speak English and French fluently
