Omnichannel Operations Coordinator

Your mission

• Lead the enhancement and deployment of key internal tools.
• Coordinate omnichannel and system-related initiatives to improve performance and operational accuracy.
• Ensure consistent project follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
• Support and animate the Continuous Improvement mindset, collecting feedback from boutiques and helping implement impactful solutions.
• Follow up on POSM orders and related projects, including budget tracking.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving Operational Efficiency in boutiques.
• Manage the uniforms process: budget, orders, and boutique requests.
• Provide key operational support for internal retail events and projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, digital solutions, or cross-functional initiatives — ideally in a retail or omnichannel environment.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; a genuine interest in data. Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, or technical scripting are required.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
• Hands-on, reliable and structured, being a solid connection between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Curious, solution-oriented and proactive, you enjoy bringing structure, finding inefficiencies, and driving progress.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with various departments and boutique teams.
• You have an innovative vision to implement new strategies with a continuous improvement mindset.
