Customer Service Specialist

Your missions

• Answering customer enquiries, giving information and helping to solve problems; handling complaints and passing them on to a manager if required
• Entering customer information onto a computer database & assuring the correctness of the data; managing customers’ requirements (packing/ shipping & invoicing)
• Following orders flow: from their entry to the shipping (including packing / tagging and labelling requirements); sending “Order confirmation” to customers, where required
• Ensuring all proper shipping, invoicing and other documentation is issued (such as Certificate of Origin, stamped by the Chamber of Commerce, where required) and invoice checking, including CITES docs coordination with Logistics
• Issue the sales invoice after NAV shipment is finalized and Credit Notes/Debit Notes to clients
• Check the correspondence of the prices reported on the issued documents with the price lists /orders

Your profile

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in an international Luxury brand, preferably in watch industry
• Excellent PC and ERP skills
• Fluent written and spoken English & Italian
• Working knowledge of French; German/any other languages a plus
• Organization and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Very strong attention to details and precision
• Problem solving & effective communication skills
• Co-operative attitude and ability to easily work in a team
