Sustainability Manager

Your Missions

• In partnership with the HR department, participate in building the CSR people strategy and implementing the CSR related projects.
• Coordinate all Volunteering, Diversity & Inclusion as well as Sustainability related educational programs.
• Use internal communication to reinforce the company social responsibility policies and increase awareness among the community.
• Assist the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies.
• Work closely with innovative suppliers in order to provide new materials able to reduce CO2 emissions.
• Identify new responsible practices and processes able to reduce the footprint of logistic and supply chain.
• Further develop and manage the brand sustainability strategy as well as provide through leadership for the company’s long-term corporate responsibility strategy plan.
• Manage corporate responsibility KPIs for the Top Management members and the community.
• Manage corporate responsibility reporting as well as lead completion of any Group internal audits or external certifications.
• Help develop and foster a favorable relationship with the surrounding community: reach out to the target audience via PR and marketing to deliver the message of commitment to social responsibility.
• Coordinate participation in community and charitable activities, philanthropy projects and organizations.
• Lead and/or coordinate corporate responsibility related events.
• Further implement the climate strategy of the brand to minimize its ecological footprint.
• Work closely with the store planning department to minimize the impact of the stores and obtain the LEED certification for the new boutiques.
• Collaborate with the Group towards the completion of the Group Sustainability report in any new implementations.
