• Lead the Systems team in developing and maintaining our systems architecture.
• Manage Operational tickets of your team.
• Ensure your team document all governances and procedures relating to System infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems.
• Ensure that existing systems are optimized for maximum efficiency, performance and monitor as well.
• Provide technical guidance, help to technical documentation and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT and business.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

your profile

• Experience in a technical role and 3 years in team lead.
• Strong background in computer science, technical infrastructure engineering, with deep knowledge of systems architecture.
• Strong knowledge in identity platform, architecture and design principles.
• Experience with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or UnixNatural.
• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Solid understanding of business strategy and objectives, and the ability to prioritize system improvements based on business and management needs.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, M365, AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Docker and virtualization technologies such as VMWare.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols such as CP, DNS, DHCP, and general concepts of the network stack.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles.
