Internal Communication and Engagement Manager

your mission

• Develop and implement an internal communication strategy aligned with the Maison's objectives.
• Create communication plans to support key Maison initiatives and projects.
• Ensure the sharing of important company information and updates to all employees.
• Manage internal communication channels such as the intranet, newsletters and social platform.
• Coordinate internal communication projects in collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent and integrated communication 
• Promote employee engagement and motivation through initiatives, communication and internal events.
• Strengthen Maison culture and values through communication project and campaigns.
• Develop strong and effective working relationships with all “internal clients”.
• Organize events and activities that promote Maison culture and a strong sense of belonging.
• Gather feedback from employees on communication initiatives and use it to improve practices.
• Measure and analyze employee engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

your profile

• You have a diversified profile, both in Human Resources and Marketing.
• You are services oriented and the human side is important to you.
• You have an excellent communication and a great creative spirit. You have the sensitivity and facility in writing texts as well as in professional communications and you have the capability to create content.
• You are fluent in French and English and you master the Office pack: PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc. but also master software to edit videos (canvas).
