your MISSIONS

  • Ensure full remote coverage of brand sponsorships and ambassador activities during Formula 1 and other key race weekends (35 weekends per year)
  • Publish content in real-time or near real-time across social platforms.
  • Work with agility and autonomy, adjusting to dynamic schedules and live event timings.
  • Update and maintain the global content calendar in coordination with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure minimum 3-months visibility at all times
  • Update on a weekly basis the test account with upcoming orchestrations
  • Work with the creative team to brief, deliver, and localize multimedia content.
  • Content Publishing:
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across TAG Heuer’s active social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram internal account).
  • Guarantee that all content adheres to the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and visual identity.
  • Monitor and engage with TAG Heuer’s digital audience, responding to messages and mentions in a timely and professional tone.
  • Foster a strong and authentic connection with the community, especially during high-attention moments.
  • Track performance and report on KPIs using tools like Sprinklr or Emplifi.
  • Present regular insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Act as the main operational liaison for all local markets.
  • Share content plans, assets, and approvals while ensuring consistency and accurate localization.
  • Coordinate with PR, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Contribute creative ideas for activations, campaigns, and community engagement.

your PROFILe

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends during race events (from home).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury, lifestyle, or sports industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • A genuine interest in motorsport and racing culture.
  • Fluent in English (native or near-native level); French is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop is mandatory.
  • Solid command of social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Radarly, native platform insights).
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail, brand tone, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
