your missions

Oversee Network evolution

• Oversee global footprint evolution for all POS types (Boutiques, Watch Specialists, Fragrance, Ephemeral spaces)
• Ensure network optimization with Regions and Markets
• Challenge and follow-up on stores performances
• Follow up on maintenance of our network master data base (Network Gallery) to ensure data quality 

Monitor and steer Investments

• Allocate Capex envelope for your Regions and Markets scope
• Closely collaborate and follow-up the investments with Finance and Store Design planning central Teams 

Store Projects Management

• Guide and accompany Markets into their project submission (new opening, renovation, extension, etc..)
• Bridge with SDP, Finance and other Commercial local entities
• Review and challenge project submitted
• Promote these projects for Commercial Central Management validation 

Analysis

• Perform ad-hoc analysis on the network renovation pace or any other relevant network study
• Monitor the competition network 

Transversal projects

• Support the team on projects of transformation (network database enhancement, network planning tool evolution, other tools proving the right level of support to the Markets) 

your profile

• You have a Master's degree in business management or engineering and possess 5-8 years of experience in the international luxury retail industry in analytics
• You enjoy working with data, and thriving on the challenge of converting data into actionable insights
• You are also recognized for you innovative and problem-solving mindset
• Real team player, you possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• In terms of tools, you are at ease with Excel, Data Visualization tools (Looker, Power BI), and eventually Anaplan
• You have a knowledge in Anaplan, Looker, PowerBi is a plus
• You are fluent in English
