Import Export Manager (H/F)

Your missions

• Management of an administrative team of approx. 10 persons
• Invoicing: on-time invoicing according to logistics and accounting requirements
• Import - Export documentation and customs declaration management for flawless shipment of the goods worldwide
• Ensure expected service levels are achieved to meet customers’ requirements.
• Transport budget management and optimization (mean of transportation, routes)
• Customs and authorities privileged contact: regulatory monitoring and litigation resolution
• Be accountable for department KPIs. Provide regular updates and escalate risk to management team.
• Be the SME to challenge, design and implement order management / Import and export processes during cross functional projects.
• Work on continuous improvement: identify strategic and operational evolutions (IS&T tools, processes, organization) to support business development.

Your profile

• System & solution oriented with continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English and French
• Engineering, Business School or University bachelor / master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in order management, export, transport
• Solid background in team and change management
• Proven track record delivering successful projects in organization processes and efficiency.
• Strong appetence on information systems: advanced use of ERP (SAP preferred), Excel, BI &/ data visualization (PBI…). Past experience as key user would be a plus.
