your missions

Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for TAG Heuer products using historical sales data and market insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to incorporate promotional activities and new product launches into forecasts.
  • Work with supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Analyze inventory trends, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. 

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Performance Analysis:

  • Participate in the monthly S&OP process, providing demand insights to align supply and demand plans.
  • Resolve demand-supply imbalances with cross-functional teams and present demand planning reports to management.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of forecast errors and implement corrective actions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Lead forecast review meetings with local demand planners and communicate changes and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between forecasts and production plans through close collaboration with supply chain teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve data quality and forecasting processes.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

  • Identify and implement enhancements to demand planning processes, systems, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for processes and participate in projects to enhance capabilities.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques and software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Anaplan).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain principles; experience in luxury goods or watchmaking is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is advantageous.
