your missions

  • Develop and implement the Maison's People Analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the creation of advanced, robust, and sustainable people analytics dashboards, leveraging our people data to provide actionable insights and support business performance.
  • Drive the democratization of people analytics, empowering HR and business stakeholders with access to relevant workforce insights and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Partner with the HR People Analytics team to accelerate deliveries and capitalize on Group practices and recommendations.
  • Oversee HR data platform management, securing compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies leveraging data lake architecture.
  • Establish and maintain data stewardship practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all HR systems and processes. 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically, identify key challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, build strong relationships, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Project Management & Execution: Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively, using agile methodologies.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Ability to lead and manage change initiatives, driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of HR digital technologies, including Workday and AI-powered solutions.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
