High End Intern

your missions

• Support the logistic High-End flows
• Organize the returns of creations on the logistic platform
• Organize specific transport request between boutiques
• Be responsible for the follow up of all the logistic procedures
• Be the key contact person for logistic topics between logistics team and boutiques
• Be the key contact for High End Creations request
• Inform the boutiques about availability, times and prices of HJ creations
• Relay and support boutiques requests
• Be responsible to form, inform boutiques of the good use of High-End Tools
• Manage all the sales support tools
• Create the product sheets for all client requests
• Request and follow up the after sales packages
• Create and print all the products leaflets for High End events
• Support the High-End Team with stock visualization
• Organize stock rebalancing
• Analyze and organize stock allocation
• Promote available stock to boutiques

YOUR PROFILE 

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s degree
• Mandatory Internship agreement from university, starting October 1st, 2025
• Analytical, autonomous, and synthetical; with a good creative dimension and strong attention to detail
• Passionate by the luxury industry. Knowledge of Maison Cartier or experience in the watches / jewellery world is a plus. 
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient on PowerPoint, Excel, SAP Gemini, Pega
• Good communication skills, Sense of interpersonal skills and service
• Able to listen and adapt to the interlocutor
