Retail Performance Expert

your missions

• You will support the global retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performance
• You will monitor and analyze key retail KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plans
• You will support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs, translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journey
• You will coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and ARCs (Area Retail Coaches) and support functions, ensuring alignment and impact across markets
• You will contribute to strategic projects, such as the SWAP deployment, storytelling initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding our values
• You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure consistency and synergy between headquarters and local teams

your profile

• You hold a higher education degree and have 7–9 years of experience in field sales, ideally within watchmaking or luxury retail.
• You have a strong understanding of global retail operations and client experience standards.
• You bring proven experience in project management, with international exposure.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• You are passionate about watchmaking, luxury, and client relations, and know how to animate and unite a community.
• You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• You are agile, adaptable, and have a field-oriented mindset.
