Events & PR Intern (H/F)

Your missions

• Support the HQ Events & PR Teams in delivery of major events
• Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
• Manage suppliers, coordinate logistics internally and externally (prototypes, transportation, gifting, guest lists, accommodation etc.)
• Efficiently follow financial tasks (invoicing)
• Manage the prototypes PR stock and its logistics with different stakeholders
• Support the PR gifting
• Support HQ Events & PR Team in the elaboration of communication tools for internal and external touchpoints
• Support HQ PR Team in responding to requests for information release from the media

your profile

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality management, with a luxury interest & focus. You are fluent in English.
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. You have demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of levels across the organization.
• You are able to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables. Most importantly, you are a motivated team player, energetic and result oriented and you are able to work in an international environment and create bonds within different cultural environment.
