Your missions

  • Lead and support HR transformation initiatives that align business priorities, HR strategy, and digital solutions
  • Partner with HR leaders and affiliates to design future-ready processes and employee journeys, ensuring a strong focus on employee experience in all transformation efforts
  • Serve as a strategic advisor in solution design, ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with the HR vision
  • Champion change and stakeholder engagement to embed new ways of working and accelerate adoption across the organization
  • Represent business needs in technology decisions, collaborating closely with IT teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
  • Oversee readiness and quality assurance for HR solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies while maintaining clear process governance
  • Contribute to shaping the HR transformation roadmap, aligning it with the overall People & Organization strategy

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; an HR certification is considered an asset
  • You have a minimum of five years of HR experience, including successfully leading transformation projects in international and complex environments
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes such as general administration, payroll, and talent management
  • You are proficient in business analysis, with expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications
  • You have a proven track record in change management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and drive adoption across global teams
  • You are familiar with leading HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and analytics tools such as Power BI
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • You are fluent in English and French and thrive in a fast-paced, global, and project-driven environment
