your missions

• Gather information, analyze operational risk performance, identify possible risks, and make recommendations for operational improvements
• Support the analysis and assessment of risks to determine alignment with the agreed risk appetite
• Advise on the design of new processes and systems that meet professional standards
• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats
• Work independently to organize and prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, such as standard office software
• Gather and summarize data for special reports
• Identify instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes within the team, reporting and escalating issues as appropriate
• Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports
• Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies, and refer issues to others for policy interpretation when necessary
• Develop capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching
• Aim to gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to enhance performance and fulfill personal potential
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required
• Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues
