Commercial Partnerships Senior Project Manager

your missions

• Define a business monitoring framework and track key performance indicators for each partner / door, including sales, visibility, dedicated sales staff, profitability
• Use strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities and challenges, effectively translating insights into action plans
• Provide regular insights to regional ExCo and markets on business performance
• Ensure the relevance and complementarity of the network footprint, from a region / country / city point of view, both for the domestic and travel retail networks
• Monitor CAPEX budget regionally
• Identify business opportunities and networks adjustments in collaboration with markets
• Coordination key Travel Retail accounts
• Partner with Central teams to adapt global project roadmap to regional business priorities: digital solutions, innovations, operational tools, etc.
• Support markets during project roll-out and follow-up
• Manage Fragrances, depreciation, and COOP budget envelopes, working closely with the regional Communication Budget Manager
• Maintain open communication with markets regarding Commercial Partnerships initiatives, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the region
• Actively engage and animate the local community of experts, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed
• Facilitate collaboration and discussion between Central, Regional and Markets teams

your PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in Fragrances Business management
• Experience in Watch Partnerships management is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools as Looker, Excel, SAP Power BI
• Project management skills mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and to build trusted relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent
• Ability to travel 10 to 20% of the time
• English mandatory as main working language
