Boutique Assistant Intern

your missions

• Assisting the boutique team at large to ensure a seamless and smooth running of the boutique operations
• Welcoming client in line with Cartier hosting standards to ensure a high quality of client experience
• Managing client quick services requests (i.e bracelet adjustments, client creations cleaning, etc)
• Assisting our Sales Advisor in their daily routing including sales ceremonies support, gift wrapping, etc.
• Contributing maintaining a qualitative boutique organization (i.e daily set up of workstations, management of non sellable goods, delivery dismantling, etc)
• Contributing to the implementation of compliance processes such as boutique inventories

your PROFILe

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Luxury and able to provide an internship agreement (compulsory)
• You are available to start in April 2026 (compulsory)
• You are fluent in English; other Swiss languages would be really appreciated. German a strong plus.
• You are a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success
• You have an excellent presentation and excellent communication skills
• You are pro-active, autonomous and eager to assist on various tasks all day long
• You have a strong attention to details
• You are excited to work in an international environment
