• Organize kick-off meetings, gather visitors requirements
• Coordinate the preparation of every visit with internal project leaders and external partners
• Organize stays of internal and external visitors
• Prepare STAGE area before visitor’s venue

Hospitality & Visits

• Welcome and assist visitors during their presence at STAGE
• Manage group visits: operate as a tour guide and identify room for improvement
• Create engagement & follow-up with our visitors
• Create content for information
• Update KPIs related to visits
• Maintain and update the tour speech depending on the evolution of STAGE area and the implementation of the latest projects and prototypes
• Suggest any improvement on topics related to greeting, catering and other hospitality top

Content Creation

• Support content creation around STAGE initiatives, leveraging our broadcasting system and other communication means

your profile

• You have 5 years of experience in Hospitality Management or Logistics
• You are fluent in English and French
• You are organized, autonomous, proactive and agile
• You possess excellent communication skills
• You are flexible and at ease to work in a fast-changing environment
