your missions

• Leading the coordination of brand operational processes to ensure efficient end‑to‑end execution of marketing and brand initiatives.
• Streamlining workflows and optimise process governance across HQ and markets.
• Implementing and maintaining tools and platforms supporting Brand Operations, with a strong focus on Workfront.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Brand, Retail, Product, Merchandising, IT) to ensure alignment and fluid communication.
• Supporting the digitalisation of Brand processes in partnership with IT and business teams.
• Facilitating consistent communication with markets to ensure clarity, alignment, and issue resolution.
• Monitoring performance dashboards and operational KPIs to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational excellence within the Brand organisation.

your profile

• 7–8 years of experience in Brand Operations, Marketing Project Management, Process Excellence, or similar roles.
• Expertise in workflow and marketing project management tools, ideally including Workfront.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence internal stakeholders across departments.
• Comfort collaborating with both business and IT teams in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and performance tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Background in Business, Marketing, or IT (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Organised, structured, and solutions‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
