your missions

  • Team Leadership & Operations Management: Lead and manage the Workplace & Facilities team and employer engagement & communication expertise, overseeing all daily departmental activities including reception, maintenance/renovation, cleaning, moves, purchasing, company vehicles, sustainable initiatives, well-being programs, and employee events for multiples sites covering 300 employees.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize Opex/Capex budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and adherence to Cartier's standards and Finance department KPIs.
  • Operational Planning & Execution: Contribute to the definition of operational plans and execute strategic directions for various facilities-related expertises, aligning with local HR departments and broader Maison objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., local HR, IT, Security) and external partners (e.g., real estate agencies, service providers) to ensure seamless operations and service delivery, maintaining Cartier's high standards.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external service providers, ensuring agreed service levels are met and contracts are optimized.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage facilities projects such as minor renovations, technical upgrades, and space reconfigurations, working closely with relevant internal departments.
  • Safety & Security Collaboration: This role leads occupational safety initiatives, including prevention plans and employee training (e.g., ergonomics, first aid, evacuation drills) and physical security. Working closely with the HSE team is crucial to ensure a comprehensive, compliant, and secure environment.
  • Mobility & Fleet Support: Support the management of the company car fleet and contribute to the implementation of local mobility concepts.
  • Employee engagement & Communication: cultivate a positive and supportive work environment, design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and motivation to drive productivity and retention.
  • Workplace Experience & Events: Support the implementation of workplace well-being programs in collaboration with HR. Oversee the organization of local employee events, ensuring a high level of service and experience that reflects Cartier's brand.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at last 8-10 years of experience in workplace, facilities, and hospitality management.
  • You are highly versatile and adept at multitasking, managing diverse responsibilities efficiently.
  • You possess strong project management skills, capable of leading initiatives from conception to completion, including budget management.
  • You are proficient in workplace and digital tool management.
  • You have strong knowledge of HSE and compliance.
  • You possess an exceptional sense of hospitality and service.
  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You possess a positive and energetic approach, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset with a proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective resolutions.
  • You are able to manage stress and confidentiality with a high-level of discretion
  • You have demonstrated people management capabilities.
  • You have a keen interest in Human Resources principles and their application within the workplace.
  • You are fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English and French mandatory (Additional language skills are a plus).
