YOUR MISSIONS

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment for emergency repairs and perform preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Assist in the installation of complex systems and conduct thorough inspections of equipment, following detailed guidance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Operate and adjust complex machinery and equipment, optimizing variables to achieve superior outcomes in terms of quality and efficiency, while proactively addressing recurring inefficiencies.
• Provide operational support by executing a range of routine activities using established systems and protocols, ensuring consistency and reliability in performance.
• Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding the environment and the well-being of all employees.
• Conduct detailed analyses, quality tests, and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching sessions.
• Organize and manage own work schedule to efficiently complete tasks, coordinating with support services and delegating short-term tasks to others when necessary.
• Utilize the internal communications system to access and disseminate specific information, ensuring effective communication and information flow within the organization.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure all work adheres to these standards, seeking authorization from a supervisor or manager for any deviations from mandatory procedures.
• Upper Secondary School education required.
• Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Limited managerial experience is acceptable, but the ability to lead and coordinate tasks is essential.
