Technical Project Manager

your missions

• Defining project requirements together with the technical team, suppliers, and clients
• Preparing technical documentation and 3D files in collaboration with technical stakeholders and the design office
• Defining product specifications (bill of materials, colors, materials, finishes, and technical characteristics)
• Managing prototyping activities with subcontractors
• Coordinating supplier tenders together with the logistics/purchasing department
• Coordinating with subcontractors, laboratories, partners, and export operations
• Managing communication with clients, including project reviews, follow-up meetings, sample and prototype deliveries, quality control, and logistics/export organization
• Monitoring the reception of first production batches and product validation
• Following up during production for continuous improvement and feedback implementation

your profile

• General engineering degree, or specialization in product design and development, project management, or equivalent technical training
• Proven experience in the watchmaking industry, either within a brand or in subcontracting for various watch components
• Experience in product management and project management
• Excellent communication skills with clients, teams, and industrial partners
• Proficiency with IT and office tools (Windows environment, ERP systems, and collaborative tools)
• Good knowledge of watch products, including their technical, quality, and aesthetic specifications
• English is the working language; French is an advantage
