Your missions

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the team through a combination of coaching and directive leadership, including leading daily team briefings.
  • Champion a client-first culture, building strong relationships and delivering a personalised luxury experience.
  • Take full accountability for boutique performance, including sales, service standards, and operational excellence.
  • Implement and drive the retail sales and service strategy to maximise business results.
  • Set clear goals and monitor team performance, using data insights to take corrective action where needed.
  • Oversee all boutique operations, including reporting, stock control, client data management, and systems usage (e.g. CRM, POS, ORBIT).
  • Develop internal talent and support succession planning across Richard Mille.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships (Retail, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Aftersales).
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to drive local business growth and footfall.
  • Manage boutique operations end-to-end, including facilities, maintenance, and day-to- day administration.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including rotas, holidays, and event coverage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver local initiatives, events, and client engagement strategies.
  • Lead employee engagement within the boutique, fostering a positive and high- performing culture.
  • Act as the key point of contact for corporate communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to the team.
  • Represent Richard Mille professionally at all times, including at key events and client engagements.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5 years minimum experience in boutique management, including leading teams and managing significant budgets
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German and English (other languages an advantage)
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that inspires commitment and excellence.
  • Promotes clear, effective communication across all levels, fostering collaboration and team engagement. 
  • Highly organised, with a disciplined approach to implementing and adhering to systems, processes, and deadlines. 
  • Resilient and confident in challenging situations, able to influence others and drive innovative, solution-focused thinking.
