Your missions

  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding sales and customer service, adapting your leadership style between coaching and direction as required.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in communicating business updates clearly and engagingly to the team.
  • Contribute to the development of team talent through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures, compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, consistently delivering exceptional client service.
  • Monitor and maintain high service standards across the team.
  • Support execution of the retail sales and service strategy, helping to achieve ambitious but attainable targets.
  • Analyse sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly) and work with the Boutique Manager to implement actions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments including HR, Finance, Commercial, and Communications.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
  • Assist with team scheduling, ensuring effective coverage and resource planning.
  • Maintain boutique standards across both front and back of house.
  • Step in to manage communications and operations in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
  • Handle customer and operational queries proactively, demonstrating initiative and professionalism.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently operating at Assistant or Department Manager level, ideally within the luxury retail sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in German and English (other languages an advantage)
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that inspires commitment and excellence.
  • Promotes clear, effective communication across all levels, fostering collaboration and team engagement. 
  • Highly organised, with a disciplined approach to implementing and adhering to systems, processes, and deadlines. 
  • Resilient and confident in challenging situations, able to influence others and drive innovative, solution-focused thinking.
