Global Influencer & Creator Strategy

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support communication goals and objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers whose values, audience demographics, and content style align with the organization's brand identity and communication goals.
• Negociate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear expectations, deliverables, and compliance with organizational guidelines and policies.
• Coordinate content creation and distribution schedules with influencers and the different subsidiaries to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and communication objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Coordinate 30+ subsidiaries' initiatives with influencers and maintain a global overview.

Sports & Sponsoring Content Management

• Collaborate with sports partners (Equestrian, Ski) to source, plan, and distribute content across social media platforms (Instagram, Broadcast, TikTok).
• Maintain an editorial calendar that merges storytelling across sports, creators, and key seasonal moments.

your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, communications, brand partnerships, or related roles, preferably within a corporate agency, or a sports marketing environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the abililty to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, influencer marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the equestrian and ski industries.
• Strong understanding of the key athletes, influencers, communities, events, and trends shaping the equestrian and ski sports landscapes.
• Ability to identify culturally relevant opportunities and translate sports and lifestyle trends into impactful influencer marketing activations.
• Collaborative team player with a positive mindset and attitude.
