Events Manager

Your missions

• Responsible for running a range of events from product launches to brand celebrations
• Deliver major HQ moments and implement the global event guidelines.
• Support event team in delivery of major brand watch fairs
• Ensure constant implementation of brand event requirements and quality across all HQ and markets
• Propose creative event concepts in line with the global marketing strategy
• Establish working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to participate to the whole marketing strategy.
• Consolidate all local and regional event plans in collaboration with the global marketing team and markets
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking industry trends
• Manage budgets and invoicing and logistics
• Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
• Negotiation with vendors, manage suppliers, and coordinate logistics (catering, transportation, gifting, guest lists etc.).

your profile

• You have a Degree (Business School, Public relations or Communications) with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing high-end events in the luxury environment
• You are fluent in English and French
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• You have the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing, sales teams, and our supplier partners as well as other departments.
• You are an accomplished manager, with a hands-on approach, who gets things done
• You have the flexibility to complete tight deadline driven assignments and accommodate urgent requests and deliverables
• You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• You are a team player, energetic and result oriented with also able to work in an international environment and create bonds within different cultural environment
• You are able to work on weekends and travel internationally
• As part of the LVMH LIFE360 program aimed at reducing LVMH’s ecological impact, which includes a Green IT vertical, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in environmental issues related to Green IT and be eager to be trained and to implement associated best practices
