Store Planning & Retail Design Procurement Manager (M/F)

Your Missions

• Drive transversal excellence initiatives across the Store Design and VM & Scenography teams to continuously improve project performance, efficiency and ways of working.
• Lead Value Engineering initiatives to optimize quality, cost and execution while preserving the Maison's creative intent and premium standards.
• Define and implement the supplier strategy across retail construction, VM production, pop-ups and client event scenography, including supplier selection, tendering, negotiations and performance management.
• Manage the department's operational performance by developing cost benchmarks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor CAPEX and OPEX performance, challenge project budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization across all retail projects and activations.
• Optimize production strategies, sourcing models, batch management and worldwide deployment to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency.
• Develop and continuously improve departmental processes, governance, standards and operational tools.
• Identify innovative materials, technologies and production solutions that enhance operational performance, sustainability and long-term value.
• Work closely with markets, regional teams and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence worldwide.

Your profile

• Master's degree or equivalent, with at least 8–10 years of experience in Retail Development, Store Design, Construction, Visual Merchandising production, supplier management or operational performance, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of retail construction, VM production and temporary retail activations.
• Proven experience in supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, RFQs, Value Engineering and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, operational and financial acumen, with experience in project management, KPI development and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical and commercial teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen and a continuous improvement approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
