Social Media Project Manager (M/F)

Your MISSIONS

• Implement the global social media strategy across all platforms.
• Maintain editorial calendars, planning documents, and operational guidelines.
• Support day-to-day social media planning and execution (creation of stories/grid planning and maintenance)
• Execute social media activations for product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.
• Maintain launch calendars, content plans, and publication schedules.
• Support the timely delivery of social media assets in line with business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers to support campaign execution.
• Track assets and deliverables to ensure timely publication.
• Manage the production and publication of social media content across all social media platforms.
• Ensure content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Monitor social media performance and support the preparation of regular reports (weekly & monthly) and performance recaps.
• Analyse campaign results, identify optimization opportunities, and share actionable insights with the team.

your PROFILe

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital communication, or project management, ideally in luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and publishing workflows.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Sensitive to brand image, tone of voice, and content quality.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
