Junior Project Manager – Global Onboarding & Learning Programs

Your MISSIONS

• Support the planning and coordination of global commercial learning projects from preparation through deployment.
• Maintain project timelines, action trackers, deliverables, and related documentation.
• Follow up with HQ contributors, local markets, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
• Prepare project meetings, including agendas, presentations, meeting minutes, and action follow-up.
• Coordinate defined project activities and workstreams, and escalate delays or issues when needed.
• Support the preparation, adaptation, and update of commercial learning materials, presentations, and assets.
• Coordinate content inputs and feedback from subject matter experts and internal contributors.
• Ensure learning materials are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal guidelines before validation.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and practical commercial learning experiences for Retail, Wholesale, and Customer Care teams.
• Support the preparation and coordination of communications related to global commercial learning initiatives.
• Assist in organizing onboarding sessions, learning events, workshops, and international community meetings.
• Prepare communication materials, invitations, agendas, and presentations.
• Collect and consolidate questions, feedback, and requests from local markets.
• Support the follow-up of actions and next steps after meetings and learning initiatives.
• Collect and consolidate participation, completion, and engagement data from markets and learning platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and learning information.
• Consolidate learner and market feedback to support continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

your profile

• First experience in project coordination, training, learning, or a related field.
• A first experience in luxury retail and/or luxury training would be a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage follow-up effectively.
• Strong collaborative spirit and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, accountable, and service-oriented.
• Curious, agile, and eager to learn in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in an additional language would be a strong asset.
