Commercial Strategy & Growth leadership

• Articulate with commercial leadership the commercial strategy aligned with the Maison’s ambition.
• Ensure that growth priorities are clearly defined, quantified, prioritized, and translated into actionable plans.
• Actively contribute to critical strategic planning cycles, including the yearly Maison Strategic Plan and Budget Plan, by providing robust strategic planning frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance and support for the development and review of Regional Action Plans, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with global strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the MCC Strategic Planning on the development and implementation of the MCC x Commercial strategic framework.

Commercial Planning

• Define and lead the strategic direction for comprehensive sales planning initiatives, collaborating closely with commercial functions, MCC, Finance, and Regions to ensure robust strategic alignment across diverse geographies and networks.
• Ensure commercial plans are coherent across strategy, sales target, pricing, resource allocation and financial expectations.
• Partner with Finance and align commercial plans with broader Maison’s objectives, while developing the 5-year plan methodology.

Commercial Performance & Analytics Management

• Champion the integration of data-driven insights into commercial ambitions, fostering organizational alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
• Establish and champion advanced macro-level analytics and performance monitoring frameworks, including robust KPI structures for regions, networks, and all Retail KPIs, to deliver actionable insights that drive commercial success.
• Pioneer the generation of profound business insights and competitive intelligence, translating complex data into strategic recommendations that directly inform commercial decisions and secure market advantage.
• Lead and facilitate high-impact business reviews, by presenting strategic performance overviews and fostering deep stakeholder engagement at executive levels.

Commercial Pricing leadership

• Develop, implement, and govern global pricing positioning strategies, continuously optimizing market competitiveness and profitability across all commercial channels.
• Ensure effective collaboration between Operations, Marketing and Finance.
• Ensure pricing opportunities and risks are incorporated into commercial planning and performance discussion.

your profile

• You have 15+ years of experience in international commercial strategy, business planning & performance (luxury/retail preferred). Recent regional or market experience and previous managerial roles mandatory.
• You possess strong commercial expertise: proven ability to define and execute global strategies, pricing models, and sales planning driven by market insights.
• You have strong track record in leading teams, inspiring, driving change, and steering high-impact business reviews.
• You possess exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and align key stakeholders.
• You are strategic, visionary, analytical, results-driven, proactive, and highly adaptable.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
